Six new citizens have entered Cedar Paddock.
Three future powerhouses.
Three lavender enigmas.
All under investigation.
The brooder camera was installed for “gentle observation.”
It has instead triggered organized resistance.
The pecking began within minutes.
This is not curiosity.
This is structure forming.
Let the record show the following mugshots.
Mugshot #1

Breed: Black Copper Marans
Charges: Aggressive coarse sand redistribution.
Has already redesigned three corners of the brooder and is unsatisfied with current zoning laws.
Walks with purpose. Kicks sand like a contractor behind schedule.
Mugshot #2

Breed: Black Copper Marans
Charges: Feeder monopolization.
Stands inside the dish as if it were a podium.
Will allow others to eat.
But only after oversight.
Mugshot #3

Breed: Black Copper Marans
Charges: Gravity denial.
Trips constantly.
Blames sand conditions.
Files no formal reports.
Future dark egg energy. Current toddler execution.
The Lavender division enters quietly.
Too quietly.
Mugshot #4

Breed: Lavender Ameraucana
Charges: Direct camera reconnaissance.
First to locate the lens.
Maintains prolonged eye contact.
Pecks with alarming accuracy.
Mugshot #5

Breed: Lavender Ameraucana
Charges: Heat lamp territorialism.
Believes the red glow is personal property.
Will scream about it.
And then —
Mugshot #6

Breed: Lavender Ameraucana
The smallest.
The roundest.
The softest lavender blur under the heat lamp.
She does not peck first.
She simply watches.
Head tilted.
Eyes bright.
Entirely reasonable.
And somehow —
every coordinated camera assault begins immediately after she blinks.
The brooder is lined with coarse sand.
The heat lamp hums.
The water is refreshed.
The feed is monitored.
And beneath that red glow, governance is forming.
They do not know about Margot’s monarchy.
They have not been briefed on Beryl’s compliance inspections.
They are unaware that Khloe files everything.
They are building their own system.
It involves pecking the lens.
Repeatedly.
As for me,
Still here.
Still tending.
Still choosing to care.
Even when the next generation is three inches tall and organizing under a heat lamp.
The Brooder Council is active.
Surveillance resistance remains strong.
And Eleanor June appears entirely innocent.
Which Council Member are you most concerned about — and why is it clearly Eleanor June?
