Great eggs come from happy chickens.
And ours are ridiculously spoiled!
Know your food, love your flock.
Our hens are more than just egg layers—they’re family. Each one has her own personality, her own story, and now her own spotlight! We believe it’s important to know where your food comes from and to celebrate the happy, healthy chickens who make it possible. Hover over the eggs to meet the hens behind your breakfast and see why we’re so proud of our flock.

Describe your image

Beth
Plymouth Barred Rock
Beth was rescued from an egg production farm and immediately promoted herself to president of the New-Chicken Welcome Committee—a position she takes far too seriously. She struts around like she’s running a board meeting, barking orders, and making sure everyone knows who’s boss. Unfortunately, her leadership style is less “warm welcome” and more “tiny feathery dictator.” Still, she’s got grit, attitude, and a knack for keeping the flock in line… whether they like it or not.

Gertie
Olive Egger
Don’t let her age fool you—Gertie may only be a year old, but she’s already perfected the role of cranky old lady with zero patience for nonsense. She guards her food like a dragon hoarding treasure, side-eyes anyone who dares inch too close on the roost, and has been known to swallow entire snakes just to prove she can. Gertie doesn’t share, doesn’t apologize, and doesn’t care—but she does lay the most stunning beige eggs sprinkled with dark-brown speckles, each one a tiny masterpiece.

Susan
Olive Egger
Once the quiet wallflower of the flock, Susan has blossomed into a full-blown snack enthusiast with zero shame about her priorities. These days, she’ll hop right into a lap and settle in like royalty—as long as the treats keep coming. Run out of snacks, though, and she’ll give you the cold shoulder faster than you can say “sunflower seed.” Her light-green speckled eggs are as lovely as her new confidence, and they prove that sometimes the shyest hens have the brightest surprises.

Describe your image

Alison
Welsummer
Alison marches to the beat of her own drumstick. She’s part philosopher, part chaos agent, and entirely convinced the compost pile is hiding life’s deepest secrets. She’ll stare into the distance like she’s pondering the universe, then immediately steal a snack out of someone else’s beak without shame. Alison believes every dust bath is a group activity—whether or not anyone else agrees—and has a talent for showing up exactly where she shouldn’t be.

Betty White
Chocolate Silkie
Sweet as pie to everyone… except Tillie. For reasons known only to the two of them, Betty White and Tillie are sworn enemies locked in an endless feud worthy of a farmyard soap opera. Their rooster, Travis, has to play referee when things get too heated—think feather-flying, talon-swinging, knock-down, drag-out brawls over a patch of grass. As a silkie, Betty spends much of her time brooding dramatically instead of laying, but when she does bless us with a dainty cream-colored egg, it’s a rare little treasure.

Matilda (Tillie aka Tum-Tum Tillie)
Splash Silkie
Tillie is small but mighty—and she’s got opinions. Her biggest one? That Betty White is public enemy number one. No one knows how their feud began, but Tillie isn’t letting it go anytime soon. She’ll puff herself up twice her size, throw shade with every cluck, and isn’t afraid to start round two (or twelve) of their ongoing drama. Outside of her chicken grudge match, Tillie is a bold little forager who struts like she owns the place, reminding everyone that size doesn’t matter when you’ve got attitude.

Beatrice (Bea) Arthur
Show-girl Silkie
Bea Arthur is less a chicken and more a full-time drama queen with a side hustle as a professional egg thief. She’ll happily commandeer the nesting box, pile up everyone else’s eggs, and sit on them like she’s starring in her own farmyard soap opera. Bea spends most of her days in a broody trance, glaring at anyone who dares question her imaginary motherhood. On the rare occasion she decides to grace us with one of her beautiful cream-colored eggs, it feels like winning the lottery.

Lindsay Lohen
Black Copper Maran
Lindsay strutted onto the farm with her sister, Oprah Henfry, and wasted no time making an entrance. Her very first egg wasn’t just brown—it came out with a spiral speckled pattern like some kind of limited-edition art piece. Since then, she’s settled into a steady rhythm of rich dark-brown eggs, but we’ll never forget her debut masterpiece. We like to think her “eggshell printer” was just testing out the settings, getting the ink cartridge primed for greatness. Lindsay may not be a Hollywood starlet, but she sure knows how to keep things dramatic and unforgettable.

Oprah Henfry
Black Copper Maran
Oprah Henfry believes every day on the farm is her talk show, and the rest of the flock are her live studio audience. She sweeps in with grand clucks, makes dramatic announcements from the roost, and has a knack for convincing the others to follow her lead. Her eggs are as reliable as her daily monologues—rich brown and always on schedule. Where her sister Lindsay brings the drama, Oprah brings the charisma, ensuring that no bug goes uneaten and no patch of dirt goes unscratched without her say-so. Everyone gets a peck!

Vanessa
Easter Egger
Vanessa is less of a chicken and more of a neurotic roommate who pays no bills and screams when things don't go her way. She begs for food daily and throws herself on the ground like she's been wronged by the universe. She once tried to eat a cinderblock because it looked at her funny. She hogs the nesting box and clucks at random flowers.. Her eggs are rounder and usually tan, but sometimes, they look pinkish!

Augustine
Dixie Rainbow
Augustine is equal parts cuddlebug and chaos gremlin. She’ll melt into your arms like the sweetest hen in the world—until she wriggles free to go cause trouble. Sneaking where she doesn’t belong? Check. Raiding snacks that aren’t hers? Double check. Stirring up drama just for fun? Triple check. Augustine is unapologetically naughty, mischievous, and endlessly lovable. She keeps us laughing, even while we’re chasing her out of her latest scheme.

Earlinda
Guinea Hen (Not a Chicken)
Earlinda is the flock’s alarm system—and she’s on duty 24/7. Hawk in the sky? Alarm. Raccoon in the woods? Alarm. A leaf blowing across the yard? Alarm. A flower growing in the garden? Alarm. She sounds off loudly, dramatically, and without hesitation, no matter how big or small the “threat.” To the untrained ear she might seem overdramatic, but the flock knows: when Earlinda screams, you listen… even if it’s just about a suspicious dandelion.

Brittany (Sweetness)
White-Creseted Polish
Brittany is the lovable ditz of the flock. With her fluffy feathers constantly hanging in her face, she can’t see where she’s going and bumps into everything and everyone. The others get annoyed and peck at her for being clumsy, but Brittany just keeps on wandering in her own little world, blissfully unaware. She may not have a clue, but her goofy charm makes her unforgettable.

Nancy Reagan
Speckled Sussex
Nancy has two specialties: vanishing from hawks and stealing from her sister. She’s quick on her feet, sly as they come, and always on the lookout for snacks. One second she’s huddled under cover, blending in like a pro, the next she’s darting out to snatch food right out from under Barbara Bush’s beak. A survivor, a thief, and a clever little hen, Nancy keeps everyone guessing.

Todd
Brahma
Todd is the second-in-command rooster and the farm’s awkward puppy. He hasn’t quite grown into his body yet, so instead of strutting, he gallops clumsily around the yard. But what he lacks in grace, he makes up for in sweetness—Todd loves hugs and happily soaks up affection. He’s loyal, gentle, and hopelessly devoted to Margot, following her around with big goofy energy that makes him impossible not to love.

Margot
Blue Brahma
Margot is quick, clever, and just a little suspicious. She darts in and out of the flock, stealing snacks with lightning speed before dashing off to eat them in private. She’s sweet in her own way, but always keeps you guessing—half trusting, half ready to bolt. Her soft spot is Todd, though, and the feeling is mutual. Together, they make the cutest couple in the coop: the awkward puppy rooster and his sly, speedy sweetheart.
